Red & White is open for private events on Saturdays 8a-3p & Sundays 11a-8p. Monday -Friday upon request.
Red & White is open for semi-private events during regular business hours M-F 4p-Close & Saturdays 3pm-Close.

FAQ
What does the rental cost include? The rental fee covers renting our space during non operating business hours, up to 5 hours including set up & clean up. Our staff will assist in making sure your event runs smoothly.
How much is required to secure the date? A non refundable flat fee of $200 is due to secure the space.
Can we decorate? Yes.
How big is your space? Our capacity is 89 indoors (2 levels) & a large patio for your use during the event.
Do you offer any NA beverages? Red & White has a large variety of NA options. We also have the ability to have anything you'd like for options for your guests. No one under legal drinking age will be allowed to consume alcohol.
What time can we hold the event? A private event can be any 5 hours you choose prior to opening to the public. A rental fee will be applied for every 30 minute increment after the 5 hours.
After we secure the date, what are the next steps? We can set a date/time to meet at Red & White to finalize all details. We require all decisions about food & alcohol to be made 2 weeks prior to the event.
Is there a minimum for any beverage or food? This is an event by event basis decision.
Can we bring in our own alcohol? No, it is against our liquor license policy.
Is gratuity included in final bill? A gratuity & service fee will be added to the final bill, excluding rental fee.
Things to consider:
We do not have a kitchen with cooking accommodations. I.E. no oven or microwave.
We do not provide paper/plastic plates, napkins & utensils. Limited ceramic dishes available upon request.
We have plenty of pint, champagne & wine glasses for your use.
Other miscellaneous:
- Any breakage of glasses will be charged per piece & any damage to property will be charged after fair assessment.
- We do not supply paper plates, napkins or silverware
- Bring containers for any leftover food
- We strongly discourage children between ages 1-10 on a case by case basis; let’s communicate if there are children you would like present.
- No smoking or vaping allowed at Red & White.
- 5% cash discount applied for food & alcohol costs.
